This episode might start out cute, but it sure doesn’t stay that way. The simmering conflict between Min-seok and Jin-woo finally comes to a boil, and the lies Min-seok has been piling up begin to come crashing down. Public opinion, which has been split so far on the controversial issue of Jin-woo, is sure to become even more divided now.

Jin Woo has sneaked into Min Suk’s office and starts snooping around his emails. Just then a new one comes in from none other than Hyung Suk. Understandably confused, Jin Woo hovers over, and……Team Leader walks in. Jin Woo tries to hide but he’s not quick enough and ends up making up some excuse about having left his cell phone there earlier. They walk out together and Team Leader thanks him for the previous night out and they again agree to speak informally around each other. Jin Woo gets rid of Team Leader and makes his way back up to Min Suk’s laptop.

Min Suk and Soo Young are having breakfast together when Min Suk’s phone alerts him of the new email. His brother apologizes for having to put Min Suk through this, but assures him the end is near. Min Suk deletes the email, before Jin Woo gets to his computer at the office.

While taking a walk with Min Suk, Soo Young spots a fortune teller and insists they try it despite Min Suk’s protests. Their reading is disturbingly accurate, with predictions of secrets and walls between the two lovers. Soon after, they run into the two awesome friends coincidentally. They all sit down to an awkward lunch, where Min Suk glares at his friends, warning them not to say anything bad. They only compliment Soo Young, though, and treat Min Suk like a respected hyung. After parting from Soo Young, his friends make insinuations about them being out all night but Min Suk sets them straight.

Min Suk makes up some excuses for his Dad, and Soo Young goes back home to assure her sister that nothing untoward happened. The smitten Soo Young can’t seem to stop talking about Min Suk either, elaborating on all of his good qualities to Yoo Ah, who gets annoyed.

At work, Min Suk and Soo Young keep going on sneaky lunch dates, but they are again walked in on by the two male workers. Ducking out of the way, they manage to leave without being seen. The guy who’s always being ignored has got the hots for one of the other lady employees, Yoon Joo. The Assistant Manager begins talking about his own thoughts on asking her out, though, and ignored guy desperately tries to dissuade him.

Team Leader is awfully suspicious about where Min Suk has been sneaking off to during his lunch appointments. He does realize that his attempt to control Min Suk is bordering on obsession now and lets off a bit. Team Leader also informs him of a grand opening party he has to attend, and Min Suk replies that he has an aptitude test at school so he might be late.

During another meeting, Jin Woo makes it a point to have Soo Young go to a specific place to get everyone some iced coffee. Min Suk is predictably irritated by it. When she finally comes back, Jin Woo orders her to go back to the office, saying that as a secretary she doesn’t need to be there and with everyone in the meeting there’s no one to answer phone calls at the office.

In the hallway, Min Suk confronts Jin Woo and is about to start a fight when Soo Young rushes in and stops him. Still fuming, Min Suk receives a text from his friend to gather for the hockey coach. Min Suk leaves work early, but sends a text to Soo Young asking to meet at the park later. Grumpy worker watches her read it knowingly. Ignored worker tries butting in as his friend tries asking out and flirting with Yoon Joo.

Before leaving the building, the Managing Director spots Soo Young and asks her to deliver a document to the President. Jin Woo is there first, pleading again with the President to visit his mother, as she’s only been getting worse. His father reiterates his disinterest and Jin Woo gets down on his knees to beg. The President explains that if he goes once, she’ll ask him to come twice, and so on. Jin Woo yells at him, and right as Soo Young opens the door, he shouts, “Father!” Ooo, cat’s out of the bag now. Startled, she hands over the papers and sees Jin Woo kneeling.

Outside the building, Soo Young is still in shock when a car screeches and rear ends another vehicle. It turns out to be Jin Woo, and at the sight of the shattered lights, his breathing becomes labored and he has some sort of attack. Calming himself, he then hears the voice of Soo Young asking if he’s okay. She follows as he attempts to leave, but stops him before he can get in the car, since he’s in no state to be driving. Jin Woo finally snaps and yells at her. Soo Young ends up driving him home, obviously forgetting about her meeting with Min Suk, who’s waiting for her at the park.

In the parking garage, Jin Woo questions why she helped him and she simply replies that it wasn’t safe for him to drive. Broken, Jin Woo ask her to stay with him, but she receives a call from Min Suk and tells him she already has plans. “With Lee Hyung Suk?” he asks scathingly. When she apologizes and turns to leave, Jin Woo grabs her and forces a kiss on her. Soo Young rightly slaps him across the face and runs away to meet Min Suk.

Min Suk inquires as to where she’s been, and she says she bumped into a friend and got caught up talking. The ignored worker ends up going to the movies with the Assistant Manager after he intercepts a date. It’s clear he doesn’t enjoy the movie, and the Assistant Manger asks his friend, the ignored worker, if he likes him. Haha, what’s with people assuming everyone’s gay in this drama, never seen that before.

Yoo Ah has earned enough money and gives Min Suk a present: brand-new, expensive skates. His friends reveal how hard she worked to get it for him. Min Suk tries to tell her that he’s started seeing someone else, but she brushes it off.

At work, Jin Woo gets into the same elevator as Soo Young but rather than go with him she leaves and takes the stairs instead. Ignored worker confesses his feelings to Yoon Joo and forces his own kiss, though this time it’s welcomed.

Jin Woo overhears Soo Young on the phone and offers her a ride. She declines, and he commands her to go with him. I’m really not liking this forceful Jin Woo. Soo Young tells him off like a boss.

The grand opening party features some truly despicable lines from Jin Woo. In front of Min Suk, he references his rough come-on in a unapologetic tone and his knowledge of Soo Young and Min Suk’s relationship. Long story short, he acts like a complete bastard and I was happy to see Min Suk punch him. As the couple returns to the main room, Jin Woo rushes in and punches Min Suk in front of everyone. They both get in some more hits before being pulled apart.

Soo Young patches Min Suk up and assures him she’ll no longer keep any secrets from him. This is distressful news for Min Suk, as his guilt piles up from all the secrets he’s keeping from her. Jin Woo tries to drink himself into oblivion.

Later, Min Suk meets up with Soo Young and attempts to tell her the whole truth but she passes out after drinking too much. At school, it’s apparently a parent-teacher conference day, so Soo Young goes in for Yoo Ah. She passes right by Min Suk while they’re talking on the phone. Rather than Min Suk, she ends up running into his friends and they frantically escort her off of school grounds. But she ends up returning, and it’s then that she  sees Min Suk in his high school uniform. With perfect timing, Yoo Ah runs out and grabs Hubby Lee’s arm. Min Suk and Soo Young are staring at each other in shock.
